Applied online a week ago to get a TM contract. Got an email back within 5 minutes of applying saying my application would be reviewed and i would be contacted. That was a week ago. Tried calling the number at the bottom of the email to ascertain where they are with the application. Get told to call 10213. Try. Good luck getting through.
Go online. Speak to a rep via their online chat mechanism. Give her my details. "Somebody will call you back within 30 minutes". Hour later - no call. I log on and rehash the entire story to rep #2. "Somebody will call you back in 30 minutes. Apologies for the inconvenience". That was 2 hours ago.
PM the TM rep on MyBB...

If this is how bad they are BEFORE I'm bound by a contract... I wonder if it will it get any better once I'm tied in?
