HelloPeter and Telscum abusing it?

Ok, i dont know if this is the right thread for this but here goes. A friend of mine has received nothing but cr@p service from our comunal-pain-in-the-ass telkscum! So he posts on HelloPeter and this is what he gets as a reply...

Now, theory time:

They are abusing the system where the system counts only the replies and not the number of quality replies. Now i dont know how HelloPeter works but im sure that if that is the case (counts any replies) then the system needs to be moderated! Anyway, discuss.. theorize.. etc!
 
Nah I'm guessing some Telkom monkey hit submit without realizing it.

The fact that they haven't fixed their mistake is a bit crappy.
 
I doubt HelloPeter is that well designed. As for the reply...it's laughable...sad...and totally expected.

My adsl line has been down for over a month. I still have to pay them for the line though, and they still can't tell me when a technician will be available. So I feel your pain.
 
If the suppliers use the same interface as the customers on HelloPeter, there is a process by which you first have to preview your post after submitting, and then either edit or fully submit.

I see the reply as arrogant.

What I meant by "spare me the copy paste reply", was that I do not want to hear that "An agent in your area will contact you very soon and your request has been escalated". But there always seems to be a communication gap when it comes to telkom.

Maybe I'm a little twisted but I found that reply REALLY funny. I do sympathise with your situation though...

Sad ... but true ... it is actually quite funny ... I would've probably canned myself if it had happened to one of my friends. It is just really pathetic that nothing can be done. This is the same issue over and over. You always think it might not happen to me, but they never fail to amaze. Has anyone gotten some sort of connection to actually get them to help you?
 
I don't know, probably HelloPeter. But its not like there was any attemp to help me thus far ... still waiting ... just a little more inpatient. :/
