Help creating an nfs share folder

I have two pc's connected with cross over cable . One uses opensuse and the other mandriva . The mandriva pc connects to the internet via the opensuse pc . Now what I wanna do is create a folder on the pc running mandriva . That I can control from my opensuse pc . Have read and write access to . Any help would be much appreciated
