Im trying to make a layer semi-see through (opaque/transparent?). HTF do I do that, been trying for half an hour now.

Pls help.

Thanks in advance.

click on the layer (select it) and then click transparency. You have to select it even if you are working in it, otherwise it won't change. Hope it makes sense.

Well, this is the forum dedicated to Software and Web Development... Do you develop software or websites in CS4 (disregarding that Dreamweaver bile for a moment)?

If you read the sub heading for the forum it says 'Software Development including web design & development'. Photoshop CS4 is the main design tool for many web designers. What better forum do you suggest he post in?

I'd suggest "Software"... The general population of posters in this forum will reply in curly-braces and semi-colons...
