Your line is perfect, if you have problems then it is due to exchange congestion.

If you can, try a different modem/router. If the line is fine, it could well be that. I've seen a few ZyXEL routers with similar problems.

my modem is ASUS N10

now it connect after some hours :

Try a different modem, post your stats then.... It's strange that ur upload isn't 512kb

Try a different modem, post your stats then.... It's strange that ur upload isn't 512kb

i dont think its reason for my problem ...

Vahooli, where exactly are you? Your location may help with diagnosing your problem.
from Iran ... isp said we dont know whts problem and telephone center said it too .. they say all things are right...

If you use the line just for DSL
Take every thing off the line (telephone and filter ) leave only the modem, make sure only the modem is connected.
If the fault is still there then you have a problems with your line.
Try to borrow a modem from some one to test if the problem gets better.

Might be an issue with your telephone line.
What's the call quality like when making calls on your landline, after isolating a telephone handset?

call is good ... i dont know whats happen to me :( see my general log in 1 hour :
