Hi
I'm currently in the UK and need to upgrade my Telkom Mobile contract, arrange a SIM swop and have someone pick up the SIM card for me in SA.
I have tried to puchase an upgrade in the Telkom store - but it only lets me input a South African contact number, not my UK one
I have tried sending someone in to a store, but they were told the account holder needed to be physically present to do a SIM swop....even a letter won't help....
I can't phone the Telkom call centre because I can't find a number that's dialable from overseas.
Any suggestions? Or should I just cancel the contract? But how do I even do that remotely......?
