Help me find the right Afrihost Package please.

Ok I'v been on Mweb 4mb uncapped for about 2 years now and R900 pm is really killing me. Its time to move and with all the good feedback from Afrihost, I feel that is who I should move to.

My Usage:

Light downloader (mostly 200mb torrents)
Play BF3 online
Heavy Youtube watcher and want to watch in 720p with out the hiccups.
Social media and general web browsing.

Now Mweb have been very good to me but its too expensive.
So anyone can help with feedback.
I'm thinking of switching to their 4Mb uncapped but maybe 1Mb uncapped will do?
What is Pro Rata? What is the R172.03 discount about? How much is line rental for 4Mb and 1Mb uncapped? Also is it possible for an All inclusive with Afrihost.
Any any other useful info.

I just want to be sure because ISP switching is a pain and I want to know I'm making the right choice.
I'm from the PE area (I say area because I'm actually a couple KM out of town)

10meg bundle is R897pm, total.
4mb is R697, total

(excluding telephone line)
720p you won't manage on 1mb.

That's why I needed to know if Afrihost was all inclusive. Telkom have been messing up my accounts for how long and they charged me R400 this month for calls and I don't even have a lindline telephone connected. That's why I would rather let my ISP deal with Telkom.
 
Telkom will continue to bill you for the voice line.
The ISP will take over the ADSL portion of the line rental.
