help needed im on the Huawei OptiXstar on Openserve,

I cant access my admin portal to change password and configure my dns setting
the link behind gives the error {image}

I can see the admin everytime I hard reset for a second I enter the password and it immediately crush.....

Yes Connected to the internet and yes it written on the back of the router

Yank the upstream, as in, isolate and try doing the whole hard reset etc exercise without giving the router access to the internet.

Might also help if you post a pic of your router/ont setup

Which ISP are you with? Some dodgy ones lock their users out of their routers.
