Help please

I don't think you should eat junk food to gain weight, because you may want to gain weight but not at the expense of your health... There's fokkal nutrients in junk food; so rather try pick up weight in a healthy fashion and don't just up your sugar intake - get more good fats into your diet like avos and nuts. Use butter when you cook and drink full fat milk etc.

u are very young and older u grow ur metabolism will slow down and u will start gaining weight automatically.
I used to weigh 50kg when I was 24, couldn't wait to gain weight, now I am 32 and I weigh 90Kg, whatever I do couldn't lose weight.
I used to go with minimum food for days and feel nothing and now I am hungry every two hours. Like I said be careful what u wish for.
Exact opposite for me, I used to eat LARGE plates of food but still stay scrawny..... now I barely eat because everything has slowed to a crawl. On the other hand I get hungry for small meals often because of a mantel break, mostly fruit and pro vita's atm with a max of two meals a day excluding morning porridge.

Funny thing is my weight is still under 60KG as it always was.

It not blaming the child but feeling strange or different after childbirth is a thing. Go to a better doctor if possible.
i know i think i should go see a dr coz i dont want this to get outof hand as i know my child needs me to be healthy

thats exactlly like me i can eat anything and i still stay the same weight

1. Doctor. They might or might not be useless.

2. Good homeopath. They frowned upon.

3. Dietitian perhaps?

4. Your diet.

Your body doesn't seem to absorb starch, carbohydrates, sugar, junk food etc. So the bread, pasta, junk food etc. is not helping you.

Maybe try meat, vegetables, nuts, eggs etc. Expensive but might be the solution.

Is your weight the only thing you struggle with?

No serious fatigue, muscle pains, struggle to concentrate, issues with noise?

Exactly my point, I took a lot of supplements to gain weight, I was in a hurry like OP. Had I not taken all that excess supplements I would have still been skinny with 6 pack abs. Thanks, to supplements Now my tummy jiggles when I jump (I am making it sound worse than it is)

the ways of the body are irritating as they are mysterious..... as others have said find ways to increase your fat and protein intake if you can

get some exercise too, give your body a reason to be healthier. It wont store food or size or weight if it isnt needed.

For some reason u making me think of vetkoekpaleis..... "as jy duk is en hol.... drill alles"

Well first I would see a doctor, although I don't think they will have an idea what to do.

You can try a good homeopath but they are frowned upon.

Some sort of specialist.

Then I will start with your diet. Junk food and starch, carbohydrates and sugar, bread, pasta is not helping you as your body doesn't seem to absorb it.

So you will probably look at lots of meat, vegetables, eggs, nuts etc. Expensive. But might be your solution.
ohhh thanks alot i will try that quite and expence but ill try like you said it could be my solution to gaining weight

Personally I don't think it's necesarily a placebo effect but I have noticed that some people are more predisposed/sensitive to that kind of treatment actually working. Myself..... nothing ever happens with those little white tongue pills but herbal treatments can work wonders.

Then try one thing at a time for a week and see what happens? Vomiting is your body rejecting you being hasty. Heartburn/Reflux is your body punishing you.

I've updated my post. My browser refreshed before I was finished:

Anyways I have added:

4. Your diet.
