Help please

It might be a psychological thing too. If there's nothing physically wrong with you, and if resources allow, try seeing a therapist about it.

38kg ...thats extremely low right for an adult

I weighed a massive 39kg's till about four years after matric.
A few decades of poor eating habits and I went up to 58kg's.
Managed to get back down to 50. But about ten percent of that is just belly fat :(

the highest weight iv gone to is about 60 but that was when i was pregnant my normal weight is about 54kgs

UNFORTUNATLLY i dont have pictures of myself but i literally look anorexic but im not coz i love food and i always eat but i just cant seem to gain weight

Go to the pharmacy, tell the guy you are having a problem gaining weight..he'll be able to give you something.

Alternatively. Eat 7 small meals a day, and never skip one.

no i havent but i dont want muscle i just wanna gain my weight back

I'll never understand this mentality. People spend there life going to gym, lifting weights etc to try pack on muscle and then you get people who think they're going to touch the weights once and become some sort of monster beefcake that people are repulsed by. Surprise: touching the weights isn't going to turn you into some kind of butch lesbian.

* Eat proper meals 5 times a day and make sure they encompass all food groups.
* Go to the gym (expert tip: they don't only have weights) and building a little bit of lean muscle spurs appetite and helps the body build up
* I'm pretty sure being as slender as you are is probably really unhealthy. Perhaps go to a doctor and check for health issues / chemical imbalances rather than asking randoms on a tech forum.

Super duper expert tip: I go to the gym 2-4 times a week and do weights and I'm a still a fat **** because I eat a lot of biltong, chocolate and other unhealthy stuff. Going to the gym doesn't equal muscle / skinny etc
