Doesn't look like a Smart TV to me if I look at the tech specs... doesn't even have wifi =/
No fancy remote like the F5500 either

This being a 6th series Samsung to me, would sound better than a 5th series... but it has almost no features compared to the F5500

Maybe they forgot to mention wifi/smarthub and all the features, I dunno, but I'd make 100% sure before buying that TV.

Also its a LED so PP will advice against it
It has a refersh rate of 240Hz according to the site which is decent, 400+ are the real nice ones.

Personally i would also rather go plasma, don't like the ghosting effect you get from LED's, and the bigger the screen, the easier i see the shuttering.

Also when looking at the TV itself, it looks pretty phat heh...
(especially since LED is supposed to be thinner than plasma)

Recommended a 46" one to my aunt last year and the picture quality is right up there with my D6600. Good buy considering the size and current inflation.

That's more like it.
(Although instead of R10K for that LED, I would rather take the 50" F5500 3D Plasma for R8300.)

Hey guys let me explain sorry was on my phone,
Went to shop, was looking at the 51 5500 plasma as discussed.

I then saw this beast and saw it was marked for 13999. The sales guy said that it came off special 2 days ago, was R10999
I said if you do the price at the special I will take it, he called the manager and they said ok.
Was not planning on blowing this cash at all.

Its not smart but I dont care as my surround sound is.

It is 3D and 55 inches which is massive.

I feel sick gonna throw up

Please just lie to me and say it was a good deal and a great tv
