Help Thor Decide.

I care. It is because of this semi eATX mobo that I cannot downscale in size.

but my mind is now set I shall sell this hobo and get a laptop.
omg - yesterday I was toying with the idea of suggesting it but decided against stirring things here. Guess you made it there on your own...

On that note - how about a laptop with an *external* graphics card?

Thor is trolling you'll, he is going to ignore all suggestions and get a smartphone :p

Well I just bought a tablet/laptop hybrid so that is an option to consider as well.

Alternatively a Raspberry pi with a LED billboard.

Where can I download MacOS? I have a vm version so it is not ideal.

What I want to do is quickly see if I can dual boot windows and MacOS on this laptop if it works then I but another one of these laptops.

In the VM download the macOS.app from the App Store (free) then use UniBeast to create a bootable USB. Be sure to have at least 6 hours of debugging time free because macOS is a bitch to install on non-oob hardware sometimes.

I hate wires, I hate bulk, I hate noise. I am minimal.

the design of this website is who I am http://robtreutel.com/

I love large spaces wireless and selective furniture and features, elegance and minimalistic not this awful satan tower of a pc.

So the wires you'll be removing are: screen and maybe keyboard.

Laptop has power from the wall, same as desktop, get a wireless mouse/keyboard combo. Wires inside the case you shouldn't care about, proper cable management once and then you just leave it.
Laptops can get quite loud if you put them under strain, my desktops are definitely a lot quieter at load and often slightly quieter than the laptop. Just set it so that the fans only kick in at higher temps, like 50/60 C, Skylake should easily manage it.
And silent: http://www.silentpcreview.com/4K_Gaming_Build
Also, what happened to all the HDDs.

And that site. Lack of contrast, nothing eye catching, I'd probably leave the site instantly. And you made the text gifs. Really? Just use CSS, :hover. Make the text black, :hover makes it a bold red. The text is not very legible, contrast terrible on the resume.

I like the simplicity.

as for cable management _ I do have :) All my wires are neatly cable tied with those itzy bitzy tiny micro cable ties you use with a tweezer. The pc is very very organized inside. It's the physcial space I am concerned about the thing is very large.

Cables running to and frow.

I think a laptop would be ideal. Wireless mouse, built in keybaord, build in 17.3" screen + power cord + hmdi cable + 27" screen + screen power

done.

How on earth do you boot from a USB on this GP72.

When I press F11, only windows boot manager pops up, no other drives and stuff.

I have Mac OS in VMware, I downloaded MacOS and created a bootable usb disk with Disk Creator in mac.

What am I missing here?

Enable legacy mode in the BIOS, it should currently be in UEFI.

I tried that Tonymac tutorial now using unibeast however the unibeast does not complete the copying files across it just says encountered a problem half way through.

Is there no other easier way like a iso or something someone can share and then I just copy it to a flash like you do with Windows?

No, you're trying to install software on hardware that was never intended to run it. Expect LOTS of problems. See the tonymacx86 forum instead of MyBroadband as there are many more experienced users there.

Remember, time is money.
So every day spent on this has a cost of at least R1000. Which could have been spent on buying an actual Mac
