I quit smoking a good few months ago, and I never touched one for at least 5 months. I then moved on to having 1 whilst out drinking, which over the weeks turned into 5 on a night out, which has then developed into half a box in the evening. I decided to just say I smoke when I drink, but the problem now is that I look forward to drinking because I get to smoke! This is disastrous!
I now find myself in the middle of the day at work, thinking about making plans so I don't have to feel guilty about the box of smokes I buy on my way out. Has anyone experienced this? and what advice can you give me on going out, having a good time without smoking? thanks. Any possible help is appreciated!
