Looking at a mates laptop via remote management and his Windows Live Mail does not display the contents of folders like Drafts, Sent Mail, Spam, Trash. His inbox stuff is visible though.
I checked the account setup and that seems fine.
If one clicks on the account properties and then on the IMAP tab the paths are set as [Gmail]/Sent MAil, [Gmail]/Trash etc, they are greyed out and I cannot edit them. Store special folders on IMAP server is ticked.
This guide http://email.about.com/od/livemaildesktoptips/qt/et_get_gmail.htm however says the paths should be [Gmail]#Sent Mail, [Gmail]#Trash etc.
Is there something I need to change via the gmail web console settings option?
