Hi all.
So we recently ported our telkom landline number to VOIP with mweb. They told us to download grandstream wave app which my mom did on her phone. I can't find info online
I downloaded the app after her as well but we tested it and if someone calls the landline the calls come through to me and not to her.
Can you only have the app on one device or is there a setting to change it? There's 3 of us in the house and we would all like to be able to answer the landline call but it doesn't seem to allow the call to ring on all 3 devices, only on whoever registered last. I entered all the same settings online.
Also sometimes it won't allow you to click on answer call or reject like it freezes. Is this also a issue on the app?
