Help with Patch

ok heres the thing was downloading the patch this weekend i am at 50% with blizzard downloader but now i got it from local source in a zip folder and DL it from work 100%.

What will happen when i put these in my wow folder will it overwrite my 50% one?
Will my blizzard DL see thios and not try to go on with the DL....
Soz sounds noob but its the first time i do a patch without blizzard downloader.

The person that post was aimed at is NOT liked on TH at all.

So lets just drop it if you dont wana help then dont post pls.Sounds like its too much effort for you anyways.

Boom, just save the download you did. On Wednessday after maintenance put the DL in your patch directory and it will apply. The 50% you downloaded doesn;t make no difference ;)

Agreed.

I usually download all my patches on my laptop at work (lucky me gets to play at work sometimes), and copy them over to my better half's and mine machine at home, so far never had any glitches.

When the download resumes, it will go very quickly over what u downloaded and that being the complete file :), that got me off guard the first time since I patched over a 50% download also.

So i have to do it on patch day does the downloader see it if i do it before then?
Cause i dont want it to download other 50%.Since i got the full thing now.
 
As soon as you overwrite the file in your downloader currently, when the blizzard downloader starts up next time it will check the file integrity

once its complete it will close down, otherwise it will continue again or something. just copy/replace
