Help with ping and torrents

You're crazy to even try 3Mbps with such a high line attenuation! I'd prefer a stable ADSL connection over a fast one.

If you have line stability issues, I'd suggest that you downgrade to 2Mbps and then check your downstream noise margin again.

It is pretty stable, been up so issues for 2 days now, it's just we use to run at 6mb but something major happened to our line :P

Don't know what to do know
 
You can always call and ask a technician to check the terminals/connectors on both ends, because they might be rusty/corroded and thus not making good contact any more.
If you know the line was capable of 6Mbps, then you do have a small chance that Telkom can fix it.
