Geez I am pulling my hair out already my line has been down over a week now, every-time I phone they say it is with a technician and then it is with another technician...

Any advice how do I find out what is actually wrong and how long it will take... (last info I got was some underground copper issue... line was working fine one day completely useless the next..)
