I can't view some images on the internet, they just won't load. I've enabled first and third party cookies. On the 4chan website I can only see about three pictures from the whole page. If anyone knows how to fix this please help!

I'm using the normal windows browser that comes with vista, I just deleted my cache and tried the website and it still doesn't work.

I downloaded and installed firefox, and deleted cache and it still won't work.

@ OP - What antivirus/ firewall software you using?

I'm using AVG.

I'm using AVG.

Get a better anti-virus :)

1. Eset Smart Security
2. Bitdefender Internet Security 2010
3. Kaspersky Internet Security 2010

and also grab yourself a copy of Malwarebytes from www.malwarebytes.org

You can also find more specific help here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283807 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/181836

It seems like it's a problem with the image file formats with your operating system, maybe a registry error.

I went through all the steps on the microsoft help page except the third party anti-virus one, so when I've got enough cap I'll download a new anti-virus, and hope it works then.
Thanks to everyone for the help. :)

I'll post here if I come right, but it might be awhile before I have enough free cap to download a new anti-virus.
