helpdesk.wbs.co.za down?

yeah same here... wierd. i am not even gonna bother asking wtf WBS is doing.
 
Can't access the bandwidth page. Or at I can but it tells me this user is not allowed to invoke this command or some such.

And this is from a non-iBurst connection.
 
Using Iburst... this is really irratating.

They can rather leave their server off till they fix whatever is wrong/being upgraded...
 
I also cant connect.
In FireFox I get the error of "The User is not authorized to invoke this method"
In IE I get "An Error occured" message......very descriptive...
I hate this BS
 
Since we can't access the BW report area how are we supposed to purchase more BW when it is used up?

It's a waste of time complaining as we do since we are dealing with idiots at wbs who have no clue what they are doing in any department.
Not a single day goes by without something they have screwed up.
 
Is anyone else but me getting incredibly low download speeds?

This is seriously pissing me off! I am downloading music at 0.9Kbps!

Tried phoning the helpdesk on Sunday. "Press 1 for network status" ; "We now have coverage at blah, blah, blah" ; click.
 
I just got my Bandwidth Usage Report, does this mean helpdesk.wbs.co.za is up? I can't access it from work.

Seems to be up , could access it from work now
 
Things seams to be taking shape again, I got mine also, which is weired as I normally get it around 02H00 in the morning.

errrr nope, still not there. and now? errrr nope,

accessing th bandwidth monitor on the wbs helpdesk gives this message
"This service will be available shortly."


OK... define "shortly"
