Hi folks
Early this morning there was a problem with ADSL in the Cape region. When I phoned Helpdesk (0800 375 375) to find out about this problem, the phone was simply not answered. This is something we are promised (24 hour support), and they obviously do not deliver.
If you have any comments regarding helpdesk (positive or negative), please post them here. It will be great of you can also post the name/s of people who helped you, and whether you received further feedback of this was promised. This will all help to put together a formal complaint and improve this lacking service.
