Do you think its easy to build a network this large?
The reason why they went on the wireless route was for faster service delivery. Everyone complained about Telkom taking 5 months to install a dsl line so they addressed the problem. Now everyone is complaining because they want fixed line service? wtf??
Dude, people are complaining because they don't provide their current services fast enough! Like I said in the other thread, a colleague of mine applied for a Neotel phone more than a month ago and haven't heard a word from them. There are actually just one or two people complaining about the fixed line part. 95% of all complaints on here pertain to their current wireless services. The reason why they went on the wireless route was for faster service delivery. Glad you think so.Ofcourse I do. The question is do you?
Glad you think so.
The question is... do you want decent service or not? The engineers can do all they want / can to make the network stable but without consumer feedback support they will never be able to cater for everyone.
So how am I supposed to provide feedback..
1. Callcenter is MIA and has been for weeks now
2. Neotel rep is MIA, from the forumn as well as his phone.
3. They refuse to give out any other numbers .....
So forgive me if I rant and rave ......
I have had a fault open for 3 months now with BUGGERALL productive feedback
When they do something right ?
Hmm like what ?
I am still on a "Demo" Antennae as they have not provided me with the perm one yet (3 months later after my orig problem)
I still need to have a valid answer of why I went from FULL GREEN SIGNAL with no antennae to a orange/red , sometimes green signal with an external antennae.
I also still need an answre why I am getting multiple disconnects.
Sorry, but atm I am very negative and am very serious when I compare them to Sentech.
We are still waiting for a way to manage our bandwidth, which was promised months ago.
I have left messages for Neotel Rep to contact me, I have tried phoneing his desk phone, but no answer at all...
Yay they have given us a new BIOS for the neoflex device (A select few and yes I have had this one for a while ), but keep in mind this has not been publicly published by them and is not supported by them. It also seems to have turned off some of the critical functionality.
He is going to give me a call @ 14:00, although he is in the logistics department. Maybe he can get me in contact with the relevant people![]()
