What I am trying to get at is that people that "help" people on forums like these sometimes fustrate new programmers by just not answering questions correctly.

I agree that it is a good idea to suggest new options for programmers but for my sake and everyone newbie dont post if you dont have a solution to the current problem or at least point them in the correct direct for their given problem.
I see this time and time again with people for whatever reason they have every coder adding their two cents worth on what they think piece of technology is better to do the job and no just help the guy out with his current problem.

There is nothing more disconcerting to get a email that your post has been replied to and you get someone has just told you that you need to redo everything and by changing a technology.

All I asking is if you are about to post please think about these points first, and not ask them to buy a different car.

Im trying to understand your issue here, but I think you need to rewrite your post in C#.. .Net is where its at.. It is inevitable, so Im not sure why you are trying to hold onto this "english" thing. Did shakespeare program? I think not. Perhaps everyone will better understand you when you apply yourself and explain your issues in a sufficiently structured language so there is little chance of mis-interpretation.

Speaking of helping people out.

I need some help with what is apparently pretty rudementary coding on a gallery site.
The software is sound, site is live and running no probs, I just cant get some plugins to work as I do not have the know how or the time to plod through it. It is simple and the pages are there , just need some links ans stuff in specifc places on the index page.
So, some student with good php can sort this out in minutes probably for beer money.
Will be prepared to part with a couple of hundred hard earned south african rond to get these things up and running smoothly.
