Has anyone dealt with Henractech
They delivery quickly (from the 2 times ive ordered) but responses are non existent, even trying to get through to them is a pain (they never answer phone calls, nor respond to whatsapps or emails).
Unfortunately the second order was something completely different from what I ordered and I'm trying to get them to collect and refund.
Don't know if I should rather open a case with my bank as they don't seem interested.
