...because the poor sod on 0816101000 that took my call earlier had zero clue what Nvidia GeForce Now is!

I didnt know it was down either, but the ISP I work at does not monitor every single online service in the world.

Unless I am missing something, this seems like a very lame thing to rage against an ISP for.

What's your point..? Rain has nothing to do with GeForce Now and the 'poor sod' you spoke to on the phone isn't paid to monitor every single service offered via the internet..

I'm surprised you guys aren't aware that GeForce Now is provided by Rain in SA.

Did 3 hours this morning as well.

This smells like a isp/DC routing issue. Rain *might* be able to help you but better to go to your isp. I had a problem about a year back or so and it was related to a redundant backhaul link between kzn and rains JHB DC by my isp. Redundant wasn't optimized like the main but that was my isps issue, not Rains.

I rebooted everything.
Cycled my GeForce Now account.
Seems to be a "me only" issue.

What does your trace routes to 196.46.65.111 and 196.46.65.1 look like?
