Hi-tech boost for SAPS

And who's to operate that high tech stuff??
Like the army/air force/navy with their most modern equipment but no personnel to operate it.
 
Doesn't say anything about the time taken to answer a call in the first place. What's the point being able to dispatch police quickly when you're holding on the line for 20 minutes?

The article does seem to be rather slavishly supportive though, not much independent journalism in evidence, looks like a regurgitated press release.
