My remote got lost with me moving to a new place.
I decided to purchase an universal remote for my TV. Oops, not of the remotes doesn't work on the TV.
The TV is less than 2 years old, this can't be.
I called Ellies and confirmed this after trying several universal remotes.
I called a couple of repair shops and they all told me that they don't support the TV model.
We I purchased the TV from HIFICORP, thus they need to support the unit.
I then called HIFICORP, N1 City. The lady told me to buy a universal remote.
After a while explaining that I've tried that option, I asked her for the support department. She refused to transfer me and told me straight they they don't support the OEM remote. WTF!
She told me they their support policy caters for the TV unit and not the remote.
What do I do now? It is an Telefunken TLEDD-32 TV.
