I play on Mazrigos EU. Good pile of South Africans in the guild, although I'm not actually South African but I live here.

I have WA as my ISP provider with a 4gig unshaped account at 1mb line speed.

Up until a couple of months ago I was getting consistent latency of between 200ms and 270ms on WoW and a ping on Vent of about 100. It now hovers between 350ms and 450ms (with Vent at 135). It's still playable on PvE at that but not so great for PvP - my main is a rogue.

Have to say that I have not experienced any real problems with 25 mans on latency at all. It stays at around 400ms (even if this is not as good as I was getting earlier in the year). I occasionally get some frame issues but I presume this will be resolved by a new graphics card more than the actual connection.
