High Ping(gaming) when users connect to the internet wireless.

Hi everyone.

So i hope i can find someone who can help me, i currently have a 20mb ADSL line , upgraded because there is about 3-6 users connecting to the router via phone on wireless to the router.
When i'm gaming and no one is connected, my ping is in the 200 range, but when they connect on their phones, the game becomes unplayable with high ping.
Would a router with QOS help me lower the ping, for an example , making wireless users only get 10mb of the bandwith and the rest of the 10mb for my gaming? If so, which router is good for this, as i want my gaming traffic to be prioritized.

Which Netgear router are you using if I may ask? I'm looking for a router none more then R1500

I'm using a Netgear D7000, I put my pc and console on the highest priority but I assume you can achieve these features on a new model at the R1500 price range

What's your upload speed?

Hmmm awesome. I would like to set the wifi to 10mbps and the other 10mbps for my pc/console.
And give my pc / console highest priority.
Hmmm could you maybe recommend a few models i can have a look at?

Currently my upload is about 1.8-2.2 mbps
