Ah, so the earth is a lower resistance alternative path instead of your body? What would be the easiest thing to earth to?
 
 
I am unfortunately bound by what the body corporate will approve. Looking at something like this, but I don't have the exact spec yet from them.

just something to also bear in mind :nobody follows it untill the complex burns down .

Current always returns to source, in this case the inverter.

What would be the easiest thing to earth to?
For portable panels, I'd go with at least two 1.2m rods driven into the ground, 3 is more better. Can use a brass welders quick release for the coupling.

Different purpose though, this is for induced currents.
