The balance of the total costs of the hire must be paid on collection, if paid by Credit Card, or must reflect in our bank the day before collection if paid by electronic transfer. Some operators (notably Britz Campers) require payment in advance - if this is the case, we will advise you before confirming the booking.
LIMITED KM OPTION: Kilometers travelled in excess of the selected inclusive kilometer rate will be charged at the quoted rate on completion of the hire.
INSURANCE CO-PAYMENT WAIVER OPTIONS:
Please ensure that you select the correct co-payment waiver (Collision Damage Waiver - CDW) option. Bear in mind that, in the event of an insurance claim, the hirer will be responsible for co-payment of up to the selected excess. Also note that a holding bond may be required up to the full value of the excess selected.

The CDW co-payment option may be changed at any point up to commencement of the hire.
The vehicle will be fully equipped for the number of people you require. All bedding, towels, cooking and eating utensils, camping chairs and camping table, etc. is supplied.
vehicles are equipped with all the little extras which make touring so much more comfortable. We supply a mini portable barbeque, braai (barbeque) grid and tools as well as a beach umbrella as standard equipment. Equipment list available on request. For vehicles operated by other operators, please see the relavant vehicle information page or contact us for an equipment list. Some of the 4x4 vehicles are supplied without equipment, if so required.
Our advice is to, where possible, pack clothes into foldable travel bags as space in a camper is limited. There is packing space under some of the seats and in storage compartments into which these can be folded.
The campers are equipped with maps and information on camping resorts.
We will pick you up at the airport and collect the vehicle at your departure airport FREE of charge when you hire. Other operators have their own policy in this regard. We will advise you of the costs involved once we have established all your requirements.
