Hi

When doing the update, turn the TV off and insert the USB, then hold power button on remote for 30 seconds and it will automatically go into update mode.

Judging by the name of the file, the date shows 20190920 which is round about when the J1127 was released... So that's a bit odd.

Also, this file you uploaded is 252mb which is much smaller than J1127, which was roughly 900mb, so that makes me wonder what file did they give you exactly...

When you tried to upload it via the USB, did you do it via the settings menu? Usually it will upload the firmware even if it's the same one as current.

Looks like an incomplete upload. Is also older than J1127

I honestly think their support reps have no clue what they are doing sometimes and definitely not trained on product support etc.

About 3 different reps send me firmware versions and all of them are dated.

@Hisense SA . Please get involved here, all we want is confirmation that there is a K1110 updated for the Q8600?

Well my Tv updated itself to the K1110 version.

Software info screen shows K1110
 
I'm experiencing pretty bad inverse ghosting on my Q8600 and urgently hoping for K1110 in hopes that it fixes it.
 
Just woke up to a new OTA update K1110. Installing will update later on any changes.
