They will germinate but you will have to get them into the sun quickly or they will die.

yeah they dont need sun to germinate, only once they have germinated. Some people recommend placing the seeds inside a jiffy bag folded into a damp kitchen towel, and putting the bag in a warm place for a few days. That way its easier to see if any are germinating.

If you've been trying for months, I assume you've been trying during summer? that should easily have been hot enough. If not, I found heating pads in a local petstore meant for reptiles, cost R82 each. You just need to wire them yourself. Its basically a wire loop in a plastic mat, obviously has enough resistance to use 25W and convert that into heat. Some people also recommend placing them on top of the fridge.

LOL, those mats usually go for around R20 at the snake shows.
 
Grrr!!!

I visited 5 pet shops on Saturday, only one had them!

Current hobbies/interests:

Gaming (although I have lost interest with all major titles lately)
Very basic web design with LAMP and html (mostly for a business idea I have just started)
Electric guitar
Gym (but working till 8-9pm isn't helping sometimes with this and any of the above)

Want to do but no time and will probably never do: :(

Programming
Inventing and building (I have some crazy ideas and experiments :))
Paintball (did it twice and I really loved it)
At least one of the sporting activities I like
 
I used to really enjoy gyming, martial arts and playing guitar but with work being what it is, I haven't really done much of any of those things for ages.

I actually wanted to play my guitar the other day, but I couldn't find the tuner so I abandoned that idea :p

I need to do more actually, all I do is watch TV and play games :/
 
Hobbies - Designing a custom chassis in 3D, and then building it
Want to get into rendering, mountain biking and archery

Time passers - TV + games
