Cheap smart doorbell

I use a Sonoff Bridge flashed with Tasmota and a cheap wireless doorbell like this: https://www.game.co.za/game-za/en/A...MI6OOZtNiY6wIVSed3Ch3r3gMBEAQYCCABEgKERvD_BwE

Works well. It sends text2speech to my Google Homes basically saying "doorbell" and takes a picture from one of my cameras and sends it to my phone.

yeah i am certain it would turn off. it isnt the biggest concern in the world, just not the best that they can be out of sync.
This is all good and well. But how to get HA to know of Energiser or alarm state. At one stage I was thinking of Konnected.io but I never went any further.

A sonoff sv and a opto isolator connected to the siren output tells me when it is in alarm. I 'know' the fences state of on and off based on the relay state since it is latching.

Have you done this, or is it in theory?

My fence is a zone on the house alarm, alarm is on HA... So I know when it's triggered. (And confirmed with testing).

The latching mode is also confirmed for whether it's on or off... Although still need to do it on my fence

Edge mode, one of three new trigger modes, is intended for making the load state change on each press of switch button without having to check the on/off state from the switch button.

Hi guys

I'm looking at buying this for my bedside lamp

Broadlink - Smart Bulb Pack - 4 pcs

Have you guys used this? Would you suggest it? Is there a better option? This is mostly just for reading and due to the way that our bedside tables are, I can't reach the lamp switch

Is the ifan 03 designed to fit in all Fan housings?

It seems quite big to fit into my ceiling fan. If it cannot fit, where else can it be installed?

It will be a tight fit if you are lucky enough to get it to fit. This is how I mounted mine. IMG_20200818_142715.jpg

Mine did not fit. Ended up just putting it in the ceiling

It is a bit of trial and error but managed to make mine fit in the top housing against the ceiling.

Hard to work blind for a lot of it but doable.
