I currently have a two way switch - one physical switch on one side of the house - another on the other side - how do I wire in a Shelly 1 so both switches, and the Shelly1 still work?

Well you technically don't need both anymore? Disconnect the secondary one. If you want to keep the physical switch on the secondary you could use scenes - if the secondary switch is turned "ON" then the primary switch is turned "ON" (and vice versa)

Yeah, I just converted all my 2 way switches into 1 way switch. I hardly every touch the switches anymore. Motion detection + automation works just fine. Nowadays i think i use lightswitches more for scripts than controlling a single light.

Out of interest, you have the capability of what is called a ButtonTopic on the sonoff/shelly switches if flashed with Tasmota which will give some of you guys extra functionality.

try take a look at this diagram. Seems to be what you are looking for:

Wife wants both switches working - one is in the bedroom - the other is in the lounge - they control the outside lights between the two rooms.

I'll have a look into scenes... biggest issue is limited access to the wiring.

So - if I disconnect 2 above - neither switch works.

If I disconnect 3 above - only the other switch works.

Therefore - 3 is the one that goes to the light?

If so - would I move that to O on the Shelly, and in place put a wire between SW on the Shelly and 3 on the switch?

Then - a Live wire to the Shelly - and a Neutral?

My light switch like that. The one controls 1 light, then the other, is a double switch. I can switch light 2 on and off there and on and off by another switch
