The radio alarm, you will use as the sensor if the "garage door" is open or closed.
The on off switch as the trigger to open the "garage door", but with no pulse time, just on or off.
There is plenty info out there on connecting it for opening a garage door.

Thanks - I saw the diagram - laziness - didnt read below the Gate-SW

The energizer will be connected to our alarm system - so will need to read up more on the "radio-alarm".

Maybe the honourable ministers will let us know tomorrow.

But it seems not before level 3 because, you know, ecommerce is so much more dangerous than the Edgars Red Hanger Sale.

You need to start sell some essential items like Takealot, that allows you to be open in level 4 and 5. Then technically you should be allowed to sell in level 4 all stuff.

Adapt with the times and your online shop will do better.

The SVs are essential items for controlling garage doors,entrance doors, and electric fences :D It could probably be argued that light automation is also "Security" - I'm about to re-purpose two of my indoor basics to control flood lights after had a wall jumper this week.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure you'd be able to pass the Sonoff devices as "security type" devices. Maybe do a blog post or two on how to go about it in, case someone checks.

I think 80% of my devices are security related. Sonoff SVs on garage door and entrance door, looking at electric fence.

The Shelly devices are used on my outside down lights under the patio..

Sonoff basics multiple outdoor light circuits.

Now pulling two more for spot lights outside... All in aid of security.

All run off rules from the alarm.

My inside the house automation is very little in comparison to outside.
 
Has anyone had issues with Sonoffs and hidden SSIDs? Doesn't seem to play very nicely together, sorry if this is a known thing - just picking up things as I make changes.

It's the damned warehouse I have to convince. They need a CIPC certificate, lawyers letter, blood sample and your first born before they'll release anything!

Cameras are security?

Plus sell cabling like HD Cabling. They allowed to trade. Lucky for me

Shouldn’t make a difference.

Hidden SSID’s are just hidden to real people and scans. Devices talk to them just the same as any other SSID once they are saved.

Did you possibly make it 5ghz only?

Question - would the SV be a dry contact in this case?
