HoN open beta soon, hurry!

I had a problem - not sure if it's because that e-mail HAS received a Key or not, but yeah - can't get one.

I am currently on iBurst - i'll check tonight on my 3G when I get home and report back.
 
O man i suck at this game. Last night I made a private game just to test my connection again (iburst) select a hero, and played for about 20 min. Suddenly the game tells me i've won cause i've destroyed their base but ya, i haven't even seen near it yet.

So the little buggers go fight on their own without the boss!

I get the basics of the game now (never played WC3 or Dota) - ran a few private games.

Interested but don't think it will convert me. However I need to get some games going against other players to understand it better. Perhaps we should organise something?
 
private games, meh...boring

Real game against 5 real heores? thats a whoooooole different ballgame...

Try playing one "normal" game - it's a completely different experience for you guys that think it's boring! private is only there to teach noobs, or so you can invite players you want only.

I have about 5 hardcore DotA players also looking for some key’s but I’ll do my best to get them if I can only get one for now it will be awesum. This game looks uber shweet and can’t wait to get my hands on it :D

That's what we trying to do :) We decided to wait until there were a few more players before organzing anything. But agreed, let's get something going... I think lets try organize ahead of time though - so everyone knows when the games will be going... like if you intending playing that night, leave a post here in the morning with the time and game names, etc... Or else I guess xfire or something may help...

Yep, well the idea is that the creeps constantly spawn and fight each other. By stopping an enemy creep wave, your creeps then get to move closer to the enemy camp. You can't control the creeps :) It's supposed to be balanced that the creeps from both sides are equally strong and thus will not advance either way without some sort of intervention... But there's no better way to learn than jumping straight into a game with other people, seeing what others buy, etc. Sure, there will be a lot of snide remarks, but if the okes on the forum here can setup games for forum players, then it should be somewhat better learning curve...
BTW, I guess you still want to keep your account then?

Do you people even THINK Ganymede will allow HoN to even SERVER games in SA once it goes out of Beta? I dont think so, that guy OWNS dota SA.... /s
