Heard many great things about this game on PS4 but when it was released on Steam people said it was a horrible port.

Its been a while now, is it perfect, better or still unoptimized?

Still a horrible port.
It needs at least a 3GB card. Fk knows why. The graphics suck in comparison to other games.

I've spent nights trying to get it to play good. Then it works for a bit. Then it flakes again.

Really bad port.

PC specs please?

@eg2505 you as well, please?

wont even load for me, sits forever on loading and then crashes,
maybe I need to upgrade. or commit herasy here and get a console.
I doubt upgrading will help.
The game has major graphical issues.
Flashing randomly. Looking like it's about to burn your card with artifacts popping up.

There's a few patches that claim to improve things. I didn't buy it. Had to obtain it elsewhere to test if it works.

so I'm not going crazy?

another game where us PC master race left behind,
more and more games are coming out this way, like the PC is an afterthought,

anybody remember this turd of a game,
Fast and furious,
couldn't even remap the controls.

Huh? I played it on PC and it looks and handles great.
I'm running a few new games.
From CP2077 NFS Heat to the Tomb Raider series (new ones) to Jedi Fallen Order and the list continues. This game is unplayable for me.
Yea. I would say you're due an upgrade. Don't know if it would make a difference to this game though.

I'm curious as I'm considering getting it, so the specs are pertinent.
i7 2600K.

If you wait a wee bit I can test it with the 1.10 patch released yesterday.

Just play it, it's a great game. As long as you have a half decent GPU it'll be fine. Just tested and at 1440p on a RX580 with the medium settings (except for textures and anisotropic filtering on ultra) seems to get around 40-50 fps. 1080p should get you much closer to 60fps but it's not a game you need high frame rates on. I also prefer playing this game with a controller.

Just make sure you install it to an SSD, don't try play this game of a mechanical disk.
