I am an Ensure addict. The strawberry and Vanilla flavours. Pity the stuff are so expensive. I only drink a couple of times (5 or 6) from a can. That makes each glass about R17 - R20.

But there are few things better than to break a nightly fast than a glass of ice cold water and five scoops of Ensure to kick start your day.

Bought Horlicks at PnP Menlyn Maine this week. Was R86. Bottle looks different to the previous orange caps etc.

Horlicks has taken a massive backseat in their portfolio due to room for growth. I think Horlicks may only be available in India where the factory is.
It's quite a turn around for the Horlicks brand which they remarketed in 2014/2015.
