Horrible BT Web Internet

I am having very bad internet with BT Web. I am posting this to see if there are any other people also having trouble with them. I am thinking of cancelling the account if it continues. I cant even open speedtest.net

Have an account with e3online, which seem to sell the same bandwidth, and having the same problems. So it isn't only BT Web. Hang in there. Seems to be a problem further on than BT web/E3online

i once saw that btweb are just branded internet. and i saw a traceroute that displayed that cybersmart is behind it all. Should the heading read "Horrible Cybersmart Internet"?
