Does anyone know that is the telephone number for Host4Africa. For the past 2 days my account is off and theirs no way how to contact them besides their email ?

After some research, I got this number and called it: 0828692992

A lady answered it, and when I asked for Matthew, she just hung up!!

I host alot of domains with Host4africa, and everything is fine...until there is a problem. Then there is absolutely no service at all.

I'm not sure if this kind of poor service is legal with the new consumer laws? Does anybody know who one can contact regarding the consumer laws?

Contact Uniforum ([email protected] or 080 314 0077) and ask them to help you with a manual transfer, explaining the reasons why. You'll need to fill in a form, get a copy of her ID, have both certified by a commissioner of oaths and fax them to Uniforum.

I've found Uniforum very willing to help in cases like this. Good luck.

Unfortunately, they're not the registrant (2a) of the registration, so UniForum SA will not be able to help. The above advice would only waste everyone's time

You need to get the registrant to fill in the form, or take them to court, or mount and ADR process.....
