Hey guys I hope somebody on here can help me,
I rented a vps from betterserver and I think the main problem how there set up works, here is a brief explanation.
When you order a server from them it comes with 2 network connections 1 virtio connector that your local network is set up on for example 10.0.0.1 and then one microsoft loopback adaptor that, which is the primary adapter for all your external ip's doesn't matter how many of them u have.
Now the problem im facing is that no matter how much i try i cant install plesk parralels or cpanel onto it as it doesn't pick up my loopback connector only my local ip 10.0.0.1, is there a way to forward the address or anything so that these 2 programs can see my external ip ?
I have tried the following
1. Install another virtio connector, doesn't work
2. Swap the 2 network adapters addresses, doesn't work
3. Tried ip forwarding that i read on there knowledge base doesn't work
In all of these instances i loose my external ip capabilities
Has somebody experienced anything like this yet and is there a solution to it ?
btw operating system is windows server 2008

Its really simple to setup and install. There are many videos on youtube and step by step tutorials for you follow. Also their support is pretty decent.
