Hosting nightmare

Thanks for all the help guys.

I contacted Uniforum directly yesterday and they got the site back up and running. Not a few hours later and Hostcow started answering my tickets.

Bear in mind, I now had R75 credit as I paid Uniforum directly as well as Hostcow for the domain renewal. I requested a refund from Hostcow and the owner felt that I have not paid February's invoice yet(even though I have a credit with them) that he will suspend my account. After a few course words and legal threats, he finally accepted the transfer from my new host. I cancelled my account with Hostcow and will do everything in my power not to recommend them to anyone.

What an ordeal that was
 
Venomous, I couldn't care less about the refund, as long as everything is working fine. Transfer is in progress, so now we wait
 
Luckily not. My new host has a fantastic reputation and they've went out of their way to assist me
 
I'm still stuck in limbo.

Hostcow does not accept the transfer tickets, they have cut of my hosting and neither my new host nor I can get hold of the legal department of Uniforum

What a bloody nightmare!
