HostKing Reliability Info?

Does anyone here use HostKing?

We recently migrated a few dozen companies emails over to use WHM and CP but have experienced major downtime in thge past two weeks resulting in a few hundred angry email users.

It's a huge job to migrate (in my opinion) and just want to see if anyone has info that might help get us to stay with them.

Does anyone know if these guys are up to the hosting task or should we be considering moving away from them?
 
They seem to have good Google reviews. Did you receive feedback on your support ticket and is your issue resolved now?
 
I've used them. Never had an issue, in fact I'd use them again.
 
I have had THE WORST experience with Hostking! This has been ongoing for the last year or so. Numerous complaints just go nowhere. Their support centre often doesn't even reply anymore. And when pushed for a response, all they say is "Eish, sorry"... They have dropped the ball time and time again, with their Windows hosting being offline almost every single day now! (usually early in the morning)

I have NUMEROUS written conversations between myself and their support as examples of their absolutely useless service.

So: I am DESPERATELY looking for an alternative reseller hosting provider. I have a few clients that are hosted with me, and I'll need to move them over to a new hosting company. NOT looking forward to that painful process! Which is why I have let Hostking get away with their crap for so long. But I just CAN'T anymore!!

So I need a cheap Windows based reseller hosting. (ie, pay a flat rate, host multiple domains / sub-domains)

Any recommendations?
