With Fed hiking rates. How hawkish are you currently?

Took a 45% pay dive. That said it was from a contract on USD to a permanent role in ZAR.

Voted other, still waiting on mine. Getting a pay bump in Feb due to seniority (work will still be roughly the same). No official figures yet but a little birdie told me it will be 8%. Midyear inflation adjustment, normally it's about 6%.

If you have been retrenched and wrong color and too old, then it is probably classified as a pay cut.

They are almost at the end of the hiking cycle.

My view is that the US and many others will go into a recession later this year. This will bring inflation and interest rates down.
