1. Coverage. I actually gave a 5 Gb/month contract to a friend, because it wasn't worth the trouble to try and use it. I would get over 11 Mbps between 10 am and 2 pm and nothing for most of the day. Between 7 pm and 10 pm I did not manage a single byte. Not one.
I'm still paying until the contact expires, but there is no way I'm renewing unless there is a major upgrade in my area.
2. When I phone the call centre, I can't even be placed in the queue without specifying a phone number. That's silly for three reasons:
a. Prospective clients can't even get a hold of you at all.
b. Who memorises the cell number of the USB modem?
c. I have a contact with you, and you are going to ask my ID number and a bunch of security questions anyway. Can you really not find my contract from my ID? Really?
3. Why do you sell BlackBerry deals where the client has to MANUALLY activate BIS every month? In the middle of the month, no less? Who dropped you as a baby and how far did you fall? What's the use of a BlackBerry with no BIS?
