Which new products would you like to see?
Make the 12 x 1GB and 12 x 2GB bundles a permanent product, not just on special.
Introduce 12 x 5GB and 3GB 365 day bundles.

I'm activly following this but don't want to derail the thread by getting into any specific discussions. Rather please add your contribution, even if the points have been raised before as I'm counting recurrances of specific topics. This WILL go further than my eyes.

I know it was asked to steer clear of obvious suggestions like “cut prices”, but this is (In my opinion) Vodacom's largest flaw. Even the promotional prices are higher than that of other providers... Not to mention that the service isn't any better either.

Vodacom:
1. Stop sending out fake 1GB data bundles, and then just saying "we made an error".
2. Get your 3G service to actually work. Non of these disconnects every 5 seconds between 06:00 and 22:00h because you prioritize voice over data.
3. Get your voice service to work properly. Non of these "echo" problems which affect 50% of all calls, resulting in a re-dial. Is this your way of boosting your already ill-gotten profits ?
4. Lower your PAYG data bundles to an affordable level.
Pity ZA has no decent 3G data service providers. No ethics, no scruples. No service.
Maybe Telkom's fibre service (currently being installed across some parts of the country) will deliver an affordable solution.
