Is there a program that'll measure CPU and GPU tempo?

Thanks guys - will try.

My HP Microserver is randomly rebooting and it seems to be when it is working

* When I say work, I mean scan for media or play FLAC. Core temp reached a max of 41 degrees playing FLAC - so may be the issue?

EDIT : Apparently that is within norm :)

RAM can also oeverheat. Run RAM tests when booting utility from external device, like from Hiren's boot CD. If passed, boot Windows from hard drive, then run stress tests for CPU, then GPU from the same CD. You can also boot MiniXP from Hiren's, but it will unlikely have drivers for GPU. It will help to establish cause of rebooting.
