How do I make myself hungry?

Pfft, you're in exactly the same boat as me.

Lately I only eat once a day as well, in the evenings.

I'm 1.95m tall and I only weigh 65kg.

But why do you want to gain weight anyway? Eating less saves a LOT of money and unless your health is deteriorating, why eat more?

If you're tired, just drink some water, that always helps.

Damn you guys definitely would be better off with a bit more meat. I'm skinny, but damn! 1.95m and 65kg :eek:

I agree on breakfast. Even the smallest amount, a little youghurt perhaps. start small. That will 'pave the way' for the rest of the day. <resists tempation to burst into song! - it sounds like a spar advert>
 
Start your day by having breakfast - in fact, oats tend to reduce the craving for nicotine. Plus, breakfast kickstarts your metabolism - an active metabolism is what makes you hungry.

Also, try to eat meals at regular intervals; this will keep your metabolism going.

Also start by putting some effort into your own cooking. If you see the product of all your efforts I can assure you, you will eat it.

Since most of us here work from 8 to 5, the only meal you can cook yourself is dinner.

And that's the only meal I eat. I leave the house at 6 in the morning, so there's no time for breakfast. Not that I'm hungry at that time of the morning...
 
Drink beer.. it makes you hungry.

Then you will be sexy like me !

I'd say that smoking weed is a good idea as well.
 
Force feeding, how else do you think they get the piggys we eat so nice and plump? :D:D
