I'd like to purchase a Graphics card on http://www.wootware.co.za/sale , I am located in durban.
I'd like for it to be delivered on my doorstep, in fact not my doorstep, my own hands.
I have trust issues lol, before i give out any money via EFT or deposit i must hold the box first. lol.

Anyway i'm a bit hesitant. Have you done business with them before ? How's their service ?
if i need my order to get here in 24hrs or 2 days will i have it as requested ?
If there's problems along the way, or delays or damage, do i get a refund ?

I like their prices and wide options in stock.

Somebody please explain and walk me through the whole process from start to finish.

Thank You.

Wootware is fine - relax.

Personally I'd try to have it delivered to a location where there is someone during biz hours.

e.g. I sent stuff to my dad's work while I was at varsity. (giving him advance warning obv).

It'll arrive when it arrives.

I'm actually living on campus right now, home is very far. I actually wished for it to be given to me hand to hand.
So i was wondering, when they get here, do they give you a phone call ?

Wootware is 100% legit.

Place your order and do a eft for the invoiced amount. When you do the eft you have the option from your online banking to forward the payment details to the beneficiary email address (I think it's sales or accounts department but they will let you know as well as the reference to use.)
Once the payment reflects & clears in their account they will ship the item, they're in CT so work on 48hrs to DBN I think (can't remember if it's 24 or 48hrs).

You will get a tracking number you can trace, when you see the parcel has left the durban depot call the courier and ask for the drivers number and then keep in contact with the driver. The last order I did I was running around on the day and could not meet the driver at the delivery address but I met him on his route with my ID book just in case.

Have bought a multitude of items from Wootware, excellent service.

I've probably spent over R20k with them. Relax.

Is this your first time buying online?

Give them money and they'll give you the card ;)
24hr delivery may be pushing it, 2 day probably the norm.
They have a good return/warranty record so you're covered if something goes wrong.
Fully trustworthy!

As for the courier, well most drivers seem to be allergic to cellphones so a call is a luxury. Rather get it delivered somewhere where there's a person available during business hours to receive it.

Wootware use Uber taxi's. The come and pick you up, drive you to the store where you collect your graphics card and drive you back.

Serious note : You have about 3 options of delivery, so just check when you purchase. Normally takes about 2 days and it will land in your hands.
